DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY

DELIVERIES INFORMATION

Delivery charges are as follows:

All of our orders are dispatched using the Royal Mail service. Only one charge will be made for your order providing that it is all being delivered to the same address. If you require multiple delivery addresses then please place a separate order for each delivery address.

Standard UK Delivery       Cost £4.99 per delivery address

Overseas  Delivery            Cost £9.99 per delivery address

Orders placed before 2pm on a weekday will be packed the same day as long as we have in our stock. Items which are not in our stock can be still ordered but delivery time for non-stock items will be 3-4 weeks delivery.  Please keep in mind if there is mistake on stock amounts Effingo Fashion Ltd can be contacted with you to sort out the problem. 

 

If bespoke orders placed to our shop bespoke item delivery time may change according to availability of the fabrics and our production department, however you will be advised exact delivery time when you placed the order.

Please be aware that parcels will not be delivered on the Bank holiday Monday and that you should receive your parcel on the Tuesday of that week for orders placed on the Saturday and before 9pm on the Sunday.

Your order can be delivered to any address you wish to receive like work address etc but please remember to tick the box indicating that the billing address will be different when going through the checkout.

If no one is available to accept delivery of the parcel, the courier will do their best to leave the parcel in a secure location or as per your instructions when placing. If this isn't possible, the parcel will be taken back to the depot. In both cases, a card will be left informing you of attempted delivery.  Please all our deliveries sent with recorded delivery and have to be signed.

Before we can consider a delivery as lost, we ask that you allow up to 10 working days from the date of dispatch before contacting Customer Services.

RETURNS INFORMATION

We cannot imagine that you would want to return any goods after all the compliments you'll receive when you're out and about in Effingo Fashion Ltd.  In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or the item is not to your taste, you can simply return them to us within 14 days of despatch in their original, saleable condition with a returns note stating the reason for return as long as Safety Label is not removed.  If Safety label is removed return of the item is not possible even before 14 days.

When trying on items, please ensure that they are not kept in contact with anything that may mark or add a scent to them such as drinks, perfume, deodorant and cigarettes. We will not be able to refund any items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed and safety label removed.

Please allow 10 working days from our receipt of your returns for us to process a refund.  The time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Please keep in mind after refund process it may take 3-5 working days to money appear in your statement.  Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase.  If there is a problem with issuing a refund to your card, our customer service team will contact you.

If an order is returned outside of the 14 day policy (excluding orders sent to addresses outside of the UK )  . You need to contact with Effingo Fashion Ltd and discuss return reason and details. After 14 days have passed we cannot refund you onto your credit/debit card for your returned nor are we able to send it back to you so please look closely at the despatch date before returning your order. You will receive a dispatch email on date of dispatch.

RETURN AN ITEM BY POST

Return process has to be started by contacting with customer services team.  By writing to info@zeynepkartal.co.uk . Our customer service team will sent you and email about acceptance of return sheet. Return of the item has to be done by agreement with Customer Services.

Complete and detach the returns note which will be emailed by customer services on your dispatch note and enclose it together with your returns items inside your parcel within 14 days. Goods returned without this information may not be processed and may not be accepted as returned item.

Post the item back to us. Please note that Effingo Fashion Ltd do not offer pre-paid postal returns. We strongly recommend you use a recorded delivery service and keep your proof of postage.  Any problem may rise during return of the item will be on your responsibility unless this was discussed and agreed (as written) by Effingo Fashion Ltd.

We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

RETURN AN ITEM TO OUR SHOWROOM

Take the item and the delivery note (without this we are unable to process your return) to our Manchester city center  showroom.

Your item will then be checked and receipt slip will be given back to you as a proof of return and refund process will be started as normal way.

Please retain this receipt until the items have been credited to their original method of payment.
